Structural Drawings
Our drawings and details generally consist of General Arrangement plans of the structure in 2D CAD, which cover a wide range of features such as building substructures like strip-raft-piles-pad and beam foundations, construction of floors such as concrete slabs or timber floors, load bearing walls, chimneys, lintels, and full assessments of load bearing structures.

Our structural detail drawings include connection details of steels, timber, and concrete reinforcement details, relevant building notes to structure such as strapping notes, tying notes etc.

We ensure that all our designs adhere to the Current Building Regulations. We provide prompt and efficient service, as well as professional consultation with a senior engineer.
Our structural packages include a variety of services such as a site inspections, load bearing element assessments plus ongoing support through email and phone to the project team (including the client, architect, builder, and party wall surveyor).
Structural calculations
Our calculations are carried out in accordance with the Eurocode design standards and include the design of all necessary structural elements for the project.
These typically involve: steel beams, columns, connections, trusses and frames as well as reinforced concrete beams, columns, slabs and lintels.
